Your use of the websites, services, and apps that link to these terms (collectively, the “Platform”), and the features, content, and programs Alya Residential Development Capital Management Ltd (“ALYA”) makes available through the Platform are subject to these terms of use (“Terms”). The Platform is owned or controlled by ALYA, a company incorporated in the Dubai International Financial Centre (“DIFC”). ALYA is regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (“DFSA”) under DFSA Reference Number F012935.

The content of the Platform is for general information only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes, or should be construed as, an offer, invitation or solicitation to acquire, dispose of or subscribe for any investment, security, interest in a fund or other financial product, or as investment, legal, tax or other professional advice.
From time to time, and at any time, ALYA may update the Platform, the Services, and all or any portion of these Terms. Your use of the Platform or the Services after ALYA posts any changes to these Terms constitutes your agreement to those changes from the date of such changes. Subject to applicable law, ALYA is under no obligation to update any information, the Platform or the Services.
Unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law, ALYA may, in its sole discretion, and at any time, discontinue the Platform, the Services or any part thereof, with or without notice, or may prevent your use of the Platform and/or any of the Services with or without notice to you.
You agree that you do not have any rights in the Platform and that ALYA will have no liability to you if the Platform and/or any of the Services are discontinued or your ability to access the Platform, the Services, or any content you may have posted on the Platform is terminated. In addition, when using particular Services, your transactions or services may be subject to additional terms and conditions applicable to such services which may be posted from time to time.
In the event of a conflict between such more specific terms and conditions applicable to such services and these Terms, the more specific terms and conditions shall control solely to the extent of such conflict in connection with such services.
The Platform may contain links to websites or resources operated by third parties. ALYA has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, the content of any third-party websites or resources.
Personal information submitted through the Platform will be handled in accordance with ALYA’s Privacy Policy, which can be accessed here. Information about ALYA’s use of cookies and similar technologies is set out in ALYA’s Cookie Policy.
ALYA may assign or transfer any or all of its rights and obligations under these Terms to any of its Affiliates or to any person in connection with a reorganisation, merger, acquisition or transfer of all or substantially all of its business or assets.
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the DIFC. The DIFC Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform.
